This
is what the B.Springsteen 50 Greatest Live Shows says:
This
is one of those shows where we are tremendously lucky a soundboard copy
has circulated. An incredible show and a great way to "set down 1980."
One of the longest shows of all time, this was the only performance of
Held Up Without a Gun and the last performance of Rendezvous. Originally
released on the CD "In the Midnight Hour" (GDR), although that version
included one-offs from other shows from the same stand mixed in as a continous
"show." It was released again by Crystal Cat in 1996 as "Nassau Night,"
and, despite an edit or two, was the complete show.

This is
what the B.Springsteen 50 Greatest Live Shows says:
Audience tape. The
final five shows of the U.S. leg of the Tunnel of Love Express Tour were
at Madison Square Garden, and they were something else. Bruce began performing
Boom Boom following Tunnel of Love, which totally changed the mood of the
first set. Woody Guthrie's Vigilante Man, which Bruce had recorded for
the Folkways CD, was played twice during the week, as well. Another cover,
Ry Cooder's Across the Borderline, was a highlight for many fans as well.
Interesting about this show was that following Seeds, Max Weinberg immediately
began the introduction to Roulette. Bruce turned around sharply and gave
Max a very piercing look. Max stopped drumming and started Vigilante Man.
Lonely Teardrops was premiered at this show as well.
