First Visit 1971 - Tokyo 11/11/71 (2 CDR)
Great very early Elton, some solo and some as (3) man band. Right after he released Mad Man Across the Water. Boot is billed as Eltons first visit to the US but actually the shows from Tokyo at the end of his first world tour. Fantastic early Elton piano  playing with great sound!!!

Fantastic sounding Elton and Billy show taped by Japanese TV. They must have a huge band behind them. Elton sings his own stuff as does Billy, Elton does Billy's stuff as does Billy do Eltons stuff. Both do each each others stuff together in fact everyone gets done in this show. One of the best sounding boots I have and a fun show to listen to.

Face to Face Live in Vancouver 2001 - GM Place, Vancouver, BC, CAN 1/22/01 (3 CDR)
Wow, Wow what can I say but this show is even better than the one above. A++ sound except for a couple sound intensity flaws but the show itself is superior. This time Elton and Billy each play their own long set with their own bands after a warm up together then they all get together and jam at the end, lots of Billy in this one he must be feeling better. Big thanks to Bill Fleming from Calgary, Alberta to turning me on to this one.

I might have to change my pick of my favorite Elton show to this one. The sound is fantastic as is the show with his full band backing. High energy!!! Highly recomended by the Big Kahuna, the covers says this recording is totally digital.
